I have the strange behavior that when I click on ‘Recalculate’, the error message ‘Transaction calculation canceled’ appears, even though the dashboard displays ‘100% Awesome! There are no tips in your transactions. Everything is set for your tax report.’ Since the message is meaningless, I have no idea where the problem lies. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what was the cause/solution of the problem? I have already created a request, but have not yet received a response.

I have the same issue with my transaction since several weeks and Blockpit support and DEVs are working on a solution. I think they have atm a very high backlog on tasks so we need to wait.
I have the same problem, but I did not get any answer from my requests.
I asked now also to get refund,
it is still less than 14 days since I paid and the software is not working.
Is there any other way to contact them?

today I got the information from the support team, that the problem was fixed for my account. Maybe it was a general bug at Blockpit, so give it a try and start the calculation again.
If it does not work, be patient and for sure, they will solve your issue.
